# Slicer Software

**To \*slice and print our files, you will need slicing software.**\
In this section, we present two options that we actively use:

* **Bambu Studio**, which we use with our Bambu Lab printers.
* A general-purpose slicer suitable for other types of 3D printers.

*Slice*: In 3D printing, slicing refers to the process of converting a 3D model into thin layers and generating instructions (G-code) that the printer follows to build the object layer by layer.
