Checklist for shipping pre-assembled training units

This checklist is prepared for training units that will be shipped elsewhere This is a checklist for use if you have already assembled a unit and need to ship it to another location. It is to ensure the recipient has all the components needed, and the kit will be functional.

Short checklist for shipping

• Wires are zip tied in place

• QDEC wire is connected

• T1 connected between NavQPlus and MR-CANHUBK344

• CONSOLE cable is attached to NavQPlus. Tuck it in place.

• CONSOLE/DEBUG (DCD-LZ) cable is attached to CANHUBK344. Tuck it in place

• RGBLED wires are zip tied or taped up and not dangling

• NavQPlus Antenna is tucked under plastic but over metal

• Check that the rotating battery plug mount moves freely

• NXP, small Cognipilot, med Cognipilot, Emcraft stickers applied

Changes before shipment

• GPS module removed and packed under rear of buggy

• Check all screws are in place including thumbscrews

• Disassemble and tuck GPS module and MAST in place

• Invert LIDAR plate and lidar for shipping. Plastic Lidar Jack secure.

• Wipe down

• REMOVE:

  • USBA to USBC cable (only USBC-C is allowed)

  • original FLAT battery plug mount

  • If present - the two original RGB LED cables

• Add XT60 unsoldered male connector (Temporary addition)

Critical support components that must be in box

• JLINK debugger + DCD-LZ + FTDI Cable (note console/debug cable attached to buggy)

• Serial console cable for NavQPlus. FTDI + adapter board (Console cable attached to buggy)

• Cognipilot Neuralprobe

• Battery alarm

• IX Industrial Ethernet to RJ45 cable
