# Top Doors Assembly ## Video {% embed url="" %} ## Bill of materials {% embed url="" %} ## Procedure 1. Grab one of the piano hinges and install it in place using six M3-0.5x5 button head cap screws.

2. Grab the 2mm sheet metal separator and put it in the upper lip of the hinge.

3. Then the insulator tray goes above the separator.

4. And at last, put the doors above the insulator trays and assemble everything using six M3-0.5x12 button head cap screws, with locknuts and washers.\

5. Use two M3-0.5x8 button head cap screws to install the door latches as follows.

6. Fix the cylinder end of the gas strut to the chassis using three M3-0.5x5 button head cap screws.

7. Now pull the rod out of the cylinder and mate the mounting bracket of the gas strut to the two mounting holes in the door.

8. Fix the cylinder rod to the doors using two M3-0.5x8 button head cap screws. 9. At last, install the rubber edge trims as follows.
