Checklist for shipping pre-assembled training units

This checklist is primarly for units prepared to be assembled and shipped for trainings

This checklist is prepared for training units that will be shipped elsewhere This is a checklist for use if you have already assembled a unit and need to ship it to another location. It is to ensure the recipient has all the components needed, and the kit will be functional.

Short checklist for shipping

• Wires are zip tied in place

• QDEC wire is connected

• T1 connected between NavQPlus and MR-CANHUBK344

• CONSOLE cable is attached to NavQPlus. Tuck it in place.

• CONSOLE/DEBUG (DCD-LZ) cable is attached to CANHUBK344. Tuck it in place

• RGBLED wires are zip tied or taped up and not dangling

• NavQPlus Antenna is tucked under plastic but over metal

• Check that the rotating battery plug mount moves freely

• NXP, small Cognipilot, med Cognipilot, Emcraft stickers applied

Changes before shipment

• GPS module removed and packed under rear of buggy

• Check all screws are in place including thumbscrews

• Disassemble and tuck GPS module and MAST in place

• Invert LIDAR plate and lidar for shipping. Plastic Lidar Jack secure.

• Wipe down

• REMOVE:

  • USBA to USBC cable (only USBC-C is allowed)

  • original FLAT battery plug mount

  • If present - the two original RGB LED cables

• Add XT60 unsoldered male connector (Temporary addition)

Critical support components that must be in box

• JLINK debugger + DCD-LZ + FTDI Cable (note console/debug cable attached to buggy)

• Serial console cable for NavQPlus. FTDI + adapter board (Console cable attached to buggy)

• Cognipilot Neuralprobe

• Battery alarm

• IX Industrial Ethernet to RJ45 cable

Checklist items before shipping

ENSURE QDEC and RGB LED cable in place, other cables zip tied down and neat.

ENSURE: DEBUG-CONSOLE cable on MR-CANHUBK344 attached and tucked in along side

ENSURE: CONSOLE cable on MR-NavQPlus attached and tucked in along side

Ensure rotating battery connector holder is free rotating

APPLY Small Cognipilot sticker. Rear corner near MR-CANHUBK344 debug cable

APPLY: Emcraft sticker. Middle flat plate between boards

Changes to make before shipment

GPS module and mast disconnected and packaged up

GPS module placed under front or rear for shipment

Ready for shipment: Lidar and mount inverted. NXP logo applied to motor side cover, Medium Cognipilot logo applied.

Put them in a single bag.

Ensure in Pack: Console Cable for NavQPlus

Esure in pack: low battery monitor

EnsCognipilot Neuralprobe debug/console board

Esnure in Pack: IX Industrial to RJ45 cable

ADD: (Temporary) (1) unsoldered XT60 make connector
