Pixy2 Header

The Pixy2 header is located on the back of the camera.

You only need to connect 4 pins here:

  • 5V – You will supply a positive DC voltage (usually 5 volts) to this terminal to power the device.

  • GND – Ground terminal for the negative DC charge. This must be connected to the common ground of your entire circuit to ensure proper operation.

  • SCL (Serial Clock Line) – This pin carries the clock signal generated by the master device in an I²C communication setup. It synchronizes data transfer between the master and slave devices.

  • SDA (Serial Data Line) – This pin is used for bidirectional data transfer in I²C communication. It carries the actual data being transmitted between devices.
